Wash Stations Installed in Adejubu Community

This simple tippy tap is going to keep reminding the community of the need to wash their hands. We Installed 3 taps within the community together with the support of the community. After installing the first one, members of the community took charge of installing the two other wash stations.

They agreed that anyone coming into their community from the city will wash their hands at the wash station at the entrance of the community.

Adejubu community is one that works together as a family. They are very opened to learning and willing to contribute to the development of their community. They received us with open hands and told us they will take care of the tippy tap. Thanks to our project partner ChandyLoos Foundation for making this work.

At Durian, we are willing to do more. We would love to reach out to more communities within Ondo state, to do this we need your support. If you would like to donate and support the work we are doing please kindly follow this link to donate- www.durian.org.ng/make-a-donation/

Together we can make the world a better place and get the right information, technology, and opportunities to rural communities.
