On the 19th of July, 2018, we had representatives of GreenLab Microfactory introduce our children in the community to ICT, robotics, and coding.
Our children are beginning to dream differently. One of them said she would like to see a dustbin that opens and closes automatically or a pen that writes by itself. Another said she would love to see what a drone looks like.
They are seeing possibilities in tech. This is not just a one-off program. We are looking at growing this initiative during their long break which starts in August. We will also be launching our Green Learning Lab for young people during this break.
The possibilities are endless.
Partnership for development is key to creating sustainable solutions to problems. Imagine creating a green tech space where tech is used to facilitate ideas in the green space.
