Conversations are now underway with supermarket owners and store managers in Ondo state (where Durian is located) to stock our products on their shelves. Products to be stored include our body butter, lip balm, and organic African Black Soap. Every product has been hand-crafted with love and dedication, and we hope that the women’s hard work will soon be available for broader consumption.
The women working together in the cooperative have an improved opportunity to generate income as a group. They can also get access to start-up support in materials from Durian Nigeria. This means more revenue for our women.
